Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND tutors and teachers to work with schools and local authorities, delivering maths, English or science tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH needs. Roles include in-person, hybrid, and remote opportunities, with flexible hours to fit your schedule.

With safeguarding rigor, enhanced DBS facilitation, QTS/QTLS required, and a supportive mentor system, this role offers meaningful work and a chance to impact lives while working within a child-centered

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) required.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• UK-based with right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online / remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to learners with SEND/SEMH.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 with trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Uphold safeguarding and create a safe learning environment.
