Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd is seeking enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistants to work across a range of schools in Attleborough and the surrounding areas. These flexible roles are ideal for individuals passionate about supporting pupils with SEND and making a positive impact in diverse educational settings.

Duties include one-to-one and small group support, helping teachers adapt lessons, and supporting pupils’ social, emotional and academic development.

Qualifications

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND.
• Assist teachers in adapting lessons and resources to meet individual needs.
• Support pupils’ social, emotional and academic development.
• Implement strategies outlined in individual education plans (IEPs).
• Promote an inclusive and safe learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff.

Responsibilities
