Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with special educational needs in a school or care setting.
• Ability to follow safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently.
• Willingness to commit to daily supply work across multiple schools.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with special educational needs across KS3 and KS4.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement individual learning plans.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access the curriculum.
