Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic SEND Supply Teachers to work across The Ascent Academies' Trust specialist academies in the North East. This regular supply role offers day-to-day, short-term and long-term opportunities within the Trust.

As a SEND Supply Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, accessible lessons, adapt learning to meet individual needs and foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Collaboration with Teaching Assistants and support staff is essential.

Qualifications

• QTS is required to be considered for the role.
• Experience with children or young people in education.
• Passion for supporting pupils with SEND.
• Ability to adapt teaching and communication to meet individual needs.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Patient, positive and resilient approach.
• Flexibility to adapt to different specialist settings.
• Ability to collaborate with Teaching Assistants and support staff.
