Job summary

CAMHS Professionals Ltd is seeking passionate SEN Teaching Assistants for flexible bank roles across Bexley and Greenwich. You will support pupils with a range of needs, helping them access learning and develop essential life skills.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, assist teachers with lessons, promote positive behaviour, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment. Prior SEN experience is desirable, and the role offers flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils.
• Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD and other additional needs.
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
• Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation and social development.
• Support pupils with personal care where required.
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
