Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work on a daily supply basis across a range of welcoming mainstream primary schools. You'll support pupils with additional needs, including ASC, ADHD, Speech & Language Difficulties, SEMH and MLD, with assignments ranging from 1:1 support to small groups, helping every child access learning and thrive.

All applicants will require suitable qualifications and training.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school, nursery, care, youth work or support setting.
• A patient, positive and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with a range of additional needs (e.g., ASC, ADHD, Speech & Language, SEMH, MLD).
• Assist 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils access learning.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support classroom activities.
