Job summary

Mana Education is seeking SEN Teachers to fill day-to-day, short-term, long-term, maternity cover and permanent roles across Chesterfield and surrounding areas. We welcome ECTs and qualified teachers with SEND experience.

We work with over 600 schools under GCA RM6376 agreements. Pay ranges from £120 to £271 per day, with weekly PAYE or umbrella payment options. Tell us where your strengths lie and we’ll match you to suitable vacancies.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialist schools, alternative provision, PRU, resource bases or mainstream SEND support.
• Ability to adapt to a range of SEN settings and pupil needs.
• Willingness to work across Chesterfield and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Adapt lessons to pupils' learning, communication and sensory needs.
• Build trusting relationships and support emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs and other professionals.
• Support EHCP outcomes and track pupil progress.
• Plan, assess and report for longer-term placements.
