Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a compassionate SEN Supply Teacher to support mainstream schools plus SEN provisions in Taunton. You will deliver differentiated lessons for diverse needs across EYFS to KS4 and collaborate with school teams to implement IEPs.

The role requires QTS or QTLS, experience with SEMH/ADHD/Autism/LD, and flexibility to move across settings on short notice. DBS via Update Service preferred; 08:30–15:30 daily, weekly PAYE pay.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) is required.
• Proven track record working with children with SEMH, ADHD, Autism or Learning Disabilities.
• Flexibility to work across Primary and Secondary settings at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver differentiated lessons to meet diverse SEN needs across EYFS and KS1-4.
• Provide tailored support for SEMH, ADHD, ASC and LD.
• Collaborate with HLTA/TAs/SENCOs to deliver IEPs.
• Maintain safeguarding and follow school policies.
