Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a compassionate SEN Supply Teacher to support both Primary and Secondary settings in the Taunton area. You will deliver differentiated lessons and provide targeted SEN support across EYFS to KS4, adapting to varied classroom environments on short notice.

Applicants should hold QTS or QTLS and demonstrate experience with SEMH, ADHD, Autism, and learning disabilities. A DBS update and flexibility with hours will help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS is required.
Proven track record of working with pupils with SEMH, ADHD, Autism, or Learning Disabilities.
Flexibility to cover different school environments across Primary and Secondary settings at short notice.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons planned by permanent staff for diverse SEN needs.
Provide tailored support for pupils with SEMH, ADHD, Autism, and Learning Disabilities.
Use positive behaviour management and trauma-informed approaches to maintain a safe classroom.
Collaborate with HLTA, TAs and SENCOs to implement IEPs.
Ensure safeguarding and comply with school policies.
