Job summary

National Mil Records (NMR), part of AB Agri, is seeking self-employed Milk Samplers to cover the Penrith and Carlisle area. You will travel between farms to collect milk samples from individual cows during the year, helping farmers monitor herd health and milk quality while enjoying flexible, field-based work.

• Organised and self-motivated individuals.
• Interest in farm life and dairy production.

Responsibilities

• Visiting dairy farms to collect milk samples.
• Organising sample pots in a numerical order to be sent to the Lab.
• Working directly with farmers and dairy herds.
• Following farm bio-security procedures.
• Travelling between farms within the area.
