Job summary

Randstad Education in St Neots is seeking energetic secondary supply teachers for day-to-day or longer-term roles across Key Stage 3 and 4 in Cambridgeshire. All subject specialisms welcome; QTS or QTLS preferred and a current DBS.

You will deliver pre-prepared work, manage classrooms effectively, adapt for SEND, and provide clear handover feedback to regular teachers, with long-term planning opportunities in term-time blocks.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or UK equivalent (QTLS).
• Current DBS check (Enhanced) on Update service preferred.
• Versatile and adaptable to multiple subjects and KS3/KS4.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared work across subjects for KS3/KS4.
• Maintain a positive, safe learning environment and manage behaviour.
• Adapt lesson delivery for SEND and diverse learners.
• Provide concise handover feedback to regular class teachers.
• For long-term roles, take on subject teaching responsibilities and attend parents' evenings.
