Randstad Education in St Neots is seeking energetic secondary supply teachers for day-to-day or longer-term roles across Key Stage 3 and 4 in Cambridgeshire. All subject specialisms welcome; QTS or QTLS preferred and a current DBS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adapt lesson delivery to meet the needs of pupils with diverse learning requirements, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

• Provide concise, professional handover feedback for the regular class teacher at the end of each assignment.

• For long‑term roles: take on full subject teaching responsibilities, including planning, assessment, tracking progress, department collaboration, and attending parents' evenings where required.
