TipTopJob is recruiting for Secondary Supply Teachers to cover all subjects in Huntingdon and surrounding areas. You’ll control your diary, choosing day-to-day or longer-term assignments across Cambridgeshire, with schools eager to work with flexible, reliable educators.

If you hold QTS or QTLS, bring adaptable classroom skills, strong management, and clear communication. You’ll join a network of local schools, receive weekly pay, and have opportunities to progress with different Key Stages.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS or UK equivalent.
• Versatile, adaptable approach with the confidence to move between subjects.
• Strong classroom management and excellent communication abilities.
• Professional, punctual, and reliable.
• Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check (Update Service).

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 as required.
• Establish a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
• Adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs, including SEND.
• Provide concise handover feedback to the regular class teacher after each assignment.
• For longer-term roles, take on planning, assessment, and attendance at parents evenings where needed.
