Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Supply Teacher to cover KS3 and KS4 across Chesham, Buckinghamshire. You will follow school lesson plans and maintain established classroom expectations while supporting flexible teaching needs.

The role welcomes teachers with QTS or equivalent, recent secondary experience, and the ability to adapt quickly to different schools. DBS check required and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• QTS or recognised equivalent teaching qualification.
• Recent secondary teaching experience.
• KS3 and KS4 experience.
• Strong classroom management.
• The ability to adapt quickly to different schools and classes.
• Good communication and organisation.
• An Enhanced DBS, or willingness to complete the necessary checks.

Responsibilities

• Follow the school's existing lesson plans and maintain the classroom expectations established by the academy.
• Teach across KS3/KS4, particularly in core subjects as needed.
• Supervise lessons outside your main subject where appropriate, with resources provided by the school.
