Step Teachers is seeking a Secondary Supply Teacher to provide daily supply across Burwell and surrounding areas, starting as soon as possible. Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across KS3 and KS4, adapting to diverse learners and maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in secondary settings across a range of subjects.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills as a Secondary Supply Teacher.
• Ability to inspire and motivate pupils of varying abilities.
• Commitment to professional development and pupil welfare.

Responsibilities
