Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school policies.
• Manage behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Support pupils’ learning and progress during short-term cover.
• Liaise with school staff to ensure continuity and consistency.
