Role Overview: Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences. There is no planning or marking required, allowing you to focus on teaching.

Qualifications

• UK-recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS).
• Recent experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel across Staffordshire and Cheshire.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available).
• Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences.
• Adapt confidently to different school environments.
• No planning or marking required, allowing you to focus on teaching.
