Job summary

Class Act Teaching Services is actively placing qualified secondary supply teachers across Broadway and surrounding areas. These flexible opportunities offer immediate starts with short-term and longer-term cover across KS3 and KS4.

You will deliver engaging lessons, manage classrooms confidently, and adapt to different subjects and year groups. Our team supports safeguarding and professional development, with PAYE payments and a focus on compliant supply placements.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in secondary school settings.
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 using pre-prepared plans.
• Teach within your subject specialism or provide general cover.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet different learners' needs.
• Support pupil engagement and progress during short-term and longer-term cover.
• Provide feedback to teaching and pastoral staff on pupil behaviour and learning.
• Contribute positively to the wider school environment during supply placements.
