Qualifications

• Previous experience with young people in school or youth work, coaching or similar environment is desirable.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Willingness to work flexible daily supply and adapt to different schools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and keep students focused on learning.
• Maintain positive behaviour in line with school policy.
• Support students with classwork and engagement.
• Record attendance and report concerns to teaching staff.
• Provide feedback to teachers on participation and outcomes.
• Attend training and development opportunities.
