Responsibilities

• Performs a full range of simple cooking tasks for items such as pancakes, sausage, eggs, hamburgers and vegetables.
• Prepares hot cereals, broiled meats, soups, sauces and gravies, and sandwich fillings.
• Prepares and stores leftovers following established procedures; washes and cleans kitchen equipment.
