Aramark is recruiting a Chef for RAF Lossiemouth on a zero hour contract, offering flexible hours to cover periods of peak demand, annual leave, and events. You will prepare, cook and serve meals to specification, and support breakfast to dinner services while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

Formación

• Previous chef experience is essential.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for producing high-quality food and delivering excellent service.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals to specification.
• Supporting breakfast, lunch, dinner, and hospitality services as required.
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and allergen management standards at all times.
• Assisting with stock control, stock rotation, and food ordering.
• Ensuring kitchen equipment and work areas are kept clean and organised.
• Following recipes, production standards, and company procedures.
• Supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver excellent food and customer service.
• Completing all relevant food safety and due diligence records.
