LPR International seeks a contingency cook to support RAF Lakenheath/Mildenhall in Suffolk, UK, providing surge culinary services for dining facilities during mobilization and staffing shortages. The role requires maintaining high standards, following Air Force recipe systems, and adhering to HACCP practices.

The position covers 365-day operations with morning and daytime shifts (05:00–14:00 and 10:30–19:30), and requires eligibility to work at RAF installations in the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years traceable cooking experience.
• English communication skills.
• Right to work in UK.
• RAF installation eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Prepare meals using Air Force recipe systems.
• Execute progressive cooking techniques and maintain presentation standards.
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment and support inventory and production planning.
• Prepare flight and ground meals.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and sanitation standards.
