Job summary

bp retail in the UK is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. You will greet customers, serve at the Wild Bean Café, handle transactions, and help maintain a safe, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prioritise safety of yourself, colleagues and customers per bp policies.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks from the Wild Bean Café.
• Receive deliveries and replenish stock; manage stock.
• Support bp offers, promotions and loyalty schemes.
• Carry out cleaning duties in store, facilities and forecourt.
