Job summary

Confidential in Sittingbourne is seeking experienced Residential Support Workers for flexible agency shifts across residential care settings. You will provide high-quality care to vulnerable children and young people, helping them feel safe, supported and valued.

Qualifications

• To be considered, you must be 21 years of age or over.
• At least 6 months' experience working with children or young people in a residential setting.
• A clean UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to work long days, weekends and sleep-in shifts when required.
• A genuine commitment to working with vulnerable children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day care and support to vulnerable children and young people.
