Angel Fulfilment Services is expanding its outbound fundraising team, offering flexible hours and fully remote work on behalf of respected UK charities. Earn £14.24 per hour including holiday pay, with monthly performance bonuses up to £1,200 and no guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• 12 months' experience in telephone sales, fundraising or a target-driven contact centre environment.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

• "-" At least 12 months' experience in telephone sales, fundraising or a target-driven contact centre environment.


• "-" Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.


• "-" Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.


• "-" Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.


• "-" A suitable home-working environment and your own equipment.

Experience in B2C, B2B, telecoms, energy, financial services or charity fundraising would be advantageous.

Working from home – What you'll need

• "-" A private, quiet working space, free from background noise, distractions and interruptions.


• "-" A reasonably up-to-date laptop, desktop PC or Chromebook capable of running our calling systems reliably. Tablets and mobile phones are not suitable.


• "-" Your own wired or wireless headset with a microphone to ensure clear, professional calls.


• "-" A reliable home broadband connection. Wi‑Fi is acceptable, but you must have access to your broadband router.


• "-" Equipment that meets Angel's IT and security requirements.

Pay and working arrangements

• "-" £14.24 per hour, comprising basic pay and rolled-up holiday pay, separately identified on payslips.


• "-" Paid monthly, with additional performance-related bonuses where earned.
