STR Group is currently seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our client’s Buildings and Places Team in Southampton. The role offers flexible and remote working options to support your lifestyle while delivering high-quality surveying services across Defence, Education and public sectors.

You will work with an established team, handle diverse projects up to £3 million, and help manage client relationships in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary setting.

Formación

• Proven background in building surveying with strong technical and legal knowledge.
• A B.Sc. (Hons) in Building Surveying or a similar RICS accredited degree.
• Sound technical surveying knowledge and significant building surveying experience.

Responsabilidades

• Handle engaging, varied projects across Defence, Blue Light, Education, Housing, Retail, Health, Energy and public sectors.
• Manage project scopes from £10k up to £3 million.
• Operate within a multi-disciplinary, collaborative environment and manage client relationships.
• Proactively handle complex technical and legal issues and drive regional outcomes.
• Directly shape regional outcomes as part of a growing, dynamic team.
