STR Group Limited in Southampton is seeking a Building Surveyor to join its Buildings and Places Team. You will work with an established surveying group to deliver diverse projects across Defence, Education, Housing, and more, within a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, technical and legal excellence, and progression within a large, multidisciplinary consultancy. Flexible and remote working options support work-life balance.

Formación

• Proven background in building surveying with strong technical and legal knowledge.
• BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying or an equivalent RICS-accredited degree.
• Extensive experience drafting asset reviews, feasibility studies, specifications and drawings.
• Experience managing projects up to £3M and developing client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to win work.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain client relationships while controlling technical and legal risk.
