Job summary

Cornerstone in the North Aberdeenshire region is seeking relief colleagues to join our teams across Peterhead, Strichen, Banff, Maud, Ellon, New Deer and Longside. You’ll step in during annual leave, training and absences, with flexible shifts planned around your life. No experience?

No problem. We provide all the training you need, including SVQ qualification funding, PVG checks and SSSC registration support.

Qualifications

• No experience? Training provided.
• Willingness to complete SVQ (SCQF level 6/7).
• PVG and SSSC registration fees funded.
• Compassionate and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities including personal care.
• Assist with meal preparation and housework as needed.
• Encourage participation in hobbies and community activities.
• Follow care plans, maintain dignity and privacy.
