Cornerstone (Aberdeen) is seeking a Relief Support Practitioner to assist across North Aberdeenshire, including Peterhead. This on-site, part-time role offers flexible shifts and meaningful work supporting individuals in daily living tasks.

You will be part of a team, with PVG scheme involvement and training prospects through our Academy, helping people achieve goals in their communities.

We're expanding our relief pool and are looking for reliable and caring individuals to support our teams across North Aberdeenshire including, Peterhead, Strichen, Banff, Maud, Ellon, New Deer and Longside.

As a relief colleague, you'll play an incredibly important role within our teams. You'll step in to support our teams during periods of annual leave, training and absence.

With our relief contracts, you're in control, tell us when you're available and we'll look to give you shifts that work around your life.

No two days are ever the same, you’ll play a huge part in making a difference in the lives of the individuals we support.

You’ll support individuals living with disabilities and/or additional support needs with all aspects of their daily living, including personal care, medication, housework and preparing food. You’ll also support them to reach their goals, participate in their hobbies and activities and play an active part in their local communities.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.

If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
