Job summary

Ark Housing Association Ltd. is seeking a Relief Support Worker in Arbroath to assist individuals with disabilities at home and in the community. The role offers flexible shifts across multiple locations and requires compassionate, patient care and good record-keeping.

You will work with a team to support personal care, skill development, and social activities, using a tablet to update records on Ark IM. Training is provided, and CVs are not accepted.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring or social care is advantageous, full training provided.
• Flexibility to pick up shifts as needed.
• Good communication and rapport with people with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in home and community activities.
• Record progress on tablets using Ark IM information management system.
• Work as part of a team to deliver care and activities and provide positive feedback.
