Creative Support is seeking Relief Care Workers for our Carlisle, Cumbria care home. Qualifications

• Twelve months' experience of supporting older adults with dementia.
• Warm, caring and trustworthy.
• Able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

Responsibilities

• Providing emotional and practical support with personal care needs, household tasks, medication, diet and nutrition.
• Encouraging residents to engage in social activities inside and outside the home.
• Developing warm, trusting relationships with service users.
• Carrying out general administrative duties and housing management tasks.
