Job summary

Creative Support is recruiting Relief/Bank Support Workers for Manchester and the Greater Manchester area. The role involves supporting individuals with mental health, learning disabilities, complex needs and older adults with extra care requirements.

You will help service users maintain independence and dignity, promoting inclusive community living. A minimum of 12 months' experience is essential and mandatory induction courses will be provided before shifts begin.

Qualifications

• 12 months previous experience is an essential requirement of this role.
• New starters must attend mandatory induction courses before beginning shift work.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to service users on an emotional and practical level.
• Assist with daily living needs such as personal care, household duties, medication, healthy living and community engagement.
