Job summary

Brandon James Limited is seeking an experienced Fire Surveyor to support a growing workload across Manchester and the North West. You will carry out site surveys and produce clear reports for a range of clients.

Ideal candidates will have fire surveying experience with knowledge of fire doors, compartmentation and passive fire protection, plus relevant qualifications. The role offers hybrid working, a £40,000-£50,000 salary and ongoing technical training with progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire surveying or related field.
• Knowledge of fire doors, compartmentation and fire stopping.
• UK driving licence and ability to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Undertake site-based surveys and produce clear reports.
• Review drawings and building specifications.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and property managers.
• Support wider compliance and remedial programmes.
• Manage site visits across Manchester and surrounding areas.
