Job summary

Foster & May Limited, a Bolton-based chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy, seeks a well-rounded Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team delivering diverse projects across retail, industrial, residential and healthcare sectors.

You will manage full cost control pre- and post-contract, including cost planning, procurement and contract administration, while collaborating closely with clients to drive value and successful outcomes. MRICS progression is encouraged for those not yet chartered.

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience.
• Ideally worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice.
• Good pre contract knowledge.
• Keen to achieve MRICS (if not chartered already).
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse Quantity Surveying team on retail, industrial, residential and healthcare projects.
• Carry out full cost management role pre- and post-contract, including cost planning, contract administration and procurement.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver value.
