Teaching Personnel is seeking a flexible Primary Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Glossop (SK13). You will work in local primary schools, assisting with lessons, 1:1 and small groups, including pupils with SEN.

A positive, patient approach and DBS (Update Service) are desirable. The role offers varied day-to-day, long-term and permanent opportunities, access to CPD, and easy online timesheets via the myTP portal.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school setting.
• Experience supporting or working with children with SEN is desirable.
• Positive, patient and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Assist children with varying learning needs, including SEN.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
