Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a Primary Teacher for North West London to deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum in a range of local schools.

Ideal candidates hold QTS, have experience in primary settings, and can manage classrooms, adapt to pupil needs, and uphold safeguarding standards. Flexible day-to-day supply and longer placements available with support from a dedicated education recruitment consultant.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Has experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Is passionate about supporting children's academic, social and emotional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Plan and adapt lessons to meet pupils' needs and abilities.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain high pupil engagement.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, school staff and leadership teams.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and promote pupil welfare.
