Aspire People in Manchester is seeking experienced Primary Teachers for flexible daily supply and short-term teaching cover across local schools. This role enables you to choose days that suit your schedule while delivering engaging lessons and supporting learners across EYFS to KS2.

Candidates should have QTS and a track record of reliable, adaptable teaching, with safeguarding at the forefront. Aspire People provides ongoing consultant support and opportunities for longer-term assignments.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Experience teaching in primary school settings.
• Ability to manage a class and adapt to different school environments.
• Ability to establish positive relationships with pupils quickly.
• Reliable, flexible and professional in approach.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.

Responsabilités

• Delivering lessons and maintaining continuity of learning.
• Covering classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, depending on experience.
• Following existing lesson plans and school guidance where provided.
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Supporting pupils with different abilities and additional needs.
• Communicating effectively with school staff.
• Ensuring pupils remain safe, engaged and supported throughout the school day.
