Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) desirable.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach.
• Confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across a range of primary age groups.
• Maintain continuity of learning during teacher absences.
• Adapt teaching approaches to suit different classes and learning needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Support pupils of all abilities, including those with SEN.
• Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management.
• Follow school policies and lesson plans where provided.

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff.
