Job summary

West Drayton Primary School is seeking a passionate Primary Supply Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in a West Drayton setting. The role supports continuity of learning when teachers are absent and requires adaptability to various classrooms.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS or be working toward it, have strong classroom management, and be able to adapt quickly to different school environments.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) desirable.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach.
• Confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, KS2.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Previous supply/cover/PPA teaching experience.
• Experience across multiple key stages and SEN support.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new school environments.
