Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking qualified Primary Supply Teachers to cover across Croydon and surrounding boroughs. You’ll join a team supporting a range of one-form to four-form entry primary schools, delivering lessons from prepared planning and maintaining high standards of behaviour.

ECTs welcomed and QTS essential, with flexibility to work across EYFS to KS2. Competitive daily rates, weekly pay, and ongoing support from dedicated consultants with extensive experience in primary education.

Qualifications

• Qualified Primary Teacher with QTS (ECTs welcomed).
• Flexible, adaptable and dependable for varying school environments.
• Strong classroom management and positive behaviour approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons using the absent teacher's planning.
• Supervise and support pupils throughout the day.
• Maintain excellent classroom behaviour in line with policy.
• Complete day-to-day teaching duties, including registers and assemblies.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment following safeguarding procedures.
