Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking passionate Primary Supply Teachers to cover absence across Croydon and surrounding areas. You will work in a variety of welcoming primary schools, with the freedom to choose when and where you work, delivering engaging lessons using the absent teacher's planning.

Ideal candidates hold QTS, are flexible and reliable, and can travel across Croydon for early starts around 8:15am.

Qualifications

• Qualified Primary Teacher with QTS (ECTs welcomed).
• Flexible, adaptable and dependable.
• Strong classroom management and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons using the absent teacher's planning.
• Supervise and support pupils throughout the school day.
• Maintain excellent classroom behaviour in line with the school's policy.
• Complete day-to-day teaching responsibilities, including registers and assemblies.
• Create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
