Job summary

Smile Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for primary schools in Telford. This part-time/long-term role offers flexible hours and competitive pay (£90-108 per day) within welcoming schools.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification preferred.
• Experience in a school setting desirable.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across Early Years to Year 6.
• Work with individuals and small groups to aid learning and progress.
• Encourage positive behaviour and contribute to a calm inclusive classroom.
• Assist pupils with varying needs and prepare learning resources.
• Help with playground duties and school activities as required.
