Job summary

Flourish Education is seeking a flexible PPA Teacher to work 4 days per week across classes in Bromsgrove, starting in October until Christmas. The role focuses on delivering engaging KS1/KS2 lessons in a non-planning capacity, maintaining a positive learning environment and continuity of progress across classes.

Candidates should hold QTS and have experience across all key stages, with strong classroom management and adaptability.

• Able to adapt quickly to different classes and learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with KS1/KS2 curriculum across classes.
• Follow and adapt pre-planned work to meet learners’ needs.
• Support pupil progress and provide feedback per school policy.
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Collaborate with class teachers, support staff and senior leaders.
• Promote pupils’ emotional wellbeing alongside academic development.
