Academics are recruiting a PPA Cover Teacher to work across primary schools in Doncaster. This role suits a qualified teacher who enjoys variety and can teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

The role involves delivering planned lessons, providing PPA cover, and following school planning, while maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom. Competitive daily rates (£130-£190) are paid via PAYE, with ASAP/September start dates.

Qualifications

• QTS and experience in primary teaching are required.
• Ability to teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 is essential.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Provide PPA and general classroom cover
• Follow school planning and curriculum requirements
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour effectively and consistently
• Support pupils with their learning and development
• Adapt teaching approaches for different year groups
• Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
