Connex Education is recruiting qualified Primary Teachers for temporary PPA cover across primary schools in Frome, starting from September.

Role offers engaging classroom opportunities across EYFS/KS1/KS2 with flexible, short- or long-term placements and a daily rate of £150–£248. You will deliver lessons, follow school plans and support pupil learning while maintaining high standards of behaviour.

Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• Experience teaching in primary settings.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Provide PPA cover across different year groups.
• Follow existing lesson plans and school curriculum.
• Adapt quickly to different classrooms and pupils.
• Maintain positive behaviour and high expectations.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Support pupils’ learning and development.
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
