Job summary

Personal Budgets Support Service invites applications for a Personal Assistant / Care Assistant in the Geddington area. The role covers 35 hours per week and can be split for job share; flexibility for days, evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Empathetic support while respecting the employer’s independence.
• Comfortable around animals (two dogs).
• Willing to cook and cover shifts/holidays.
• Full clean driving licence required.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work on own initiative or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning the kitchen, surfaces, dishes and maintaining hygiene.
• Bathroom cleaning and sanitising.
• Vacuuming and mopping all floors.
• Dusting and tidying living areas.
• Assisting with light errands.
• Provide holiday/sickness cover for Employer’s other PAs.
• Food preparation and kitchen tidying.
• Accompanying the Employer to access the community and driving the Employer’s vehicle.
• Any other task within the scope of the Personal Assistant role.
