Blue Sky Brokers is seeking a kind, reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to provide 4 hours of weekly support in the individual's home and during appointments in Nottingham. The role requires flexibility due to variable energy and routines related to OCD, ADHD, and chronic health conditions.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driving licence and own vehicle, be comfortable transporting the individual, and demonstrate empathy, patience, and strong communication while maintaining confidentiality.

Formación

• DBS check (current or willingness to obtain)
• Experience supporting someone with mental health or in a mental health setting preferred
• Ability to drive and transport the individual when needed
• Respectful, person-centred approach and ability to adapt to changing needs
• Comfortable working in someone's home and maintaining confidentiality

Responsabilidades

• Provide 4 hours per week of support in the individual's home.
• Assist with appointments and transport as needed using personal vehicle.
• Offer flexible, patient and understanding assistance aligned with daily needs.
• Maintain respectful communication and privacy with the individual and support network.
