Job summary

Blue Sky Brokers is seeking a friendly, practical Female Personal Assistant to support an autistic woman with ADHD in Bedford. This role involves practical tasks, planning, reminders, appointments, and gentle coaching to stay organized, with 6 hours per week at £13.28 per hour.

The ideal candidate will help turn a long to-do list into achievable steps, manage schedules, make calls, and occasionally accompany to health appointments. Work is daytime, Monday/Friday with some flexibility.

• Turn an overwhelming list into a realistic plan.
• Create and maintain to-do lists, schedules and reminders.
• Manage appointments, correspondence and daily admin.
• Make calls and handle practical enquiries.
• Break large tasks into manageable steps.
• Help start tasks when I am stuck or overwhelmed.
• Keep me focused and ensure tasks are completed.
• Organise and tidy home areas with me.
• Plan meals and create shopping lists.
• Occasionally accompany to health or other appointments.
• Help track commitments and follow-ups.
• Occasionally assist with dog-related tasks.
