Job summary

SDR Group is seeking a Peripatetic Support Worker to provide flexible staffing across West Sussex, including Lancing, Worthing and Hassocks. The role involves supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs, with shifts allocated to a single service per shift but travel may be required in exceptional cases.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required. Mileage is paid at £0.55 per mile for eligible travel beyond the normal commute.

• Providing person-centred support to individuals across our services
• Supporting people with their daily routines and promoting independence
• Building positive relationships with the people we support
• Supporting activities, appointments and community outings
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Working alongside different teams and adapting to different service environments
• Supporting individuals with different needs and routines
