Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, clubs and hospitality venues for a leading media research client. The role is part-time and flexible, ideal to fit around other work, study, family commitments or retirement.

Visits are anonymous and observational only, never interacting with staff. You will visit venues in a designated area, complete visits in a set time window, and report findings via our online system.

Qualifications

• No previous auditing experience required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Able to communicate by email and phone as required.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Complete visits during an allocated time window.
• Make simple observations based on project requirements.
• Record findings through our online reporting system.
• Provide basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area; visit as many venues as possible within the time window.
